Ben Harries is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and specializes in tax, estate and succession planning for business owners and professionals. Ben has been in the financial services industry since 1998 and co-founded Secure Capital Management Ltd. in 2004, prior to joining the Sorrell Financial team in 2010. He has completed both a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees at Cambridge University in England, and articled with one of the top five national Canadian law firms before being called to the Alberta Bar in 1997. Ben has also practiced law privately in the area of family law and estates. In 2000 Ben completed the Canadian Securities Course and also became a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. Bruce Harrison is a Chartered Financial Planner with a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manitoba.
