After seven years as a public accountant, Peter shifted gears to the world of personal finance, seeking fresh challenges and opportunities. He joined Sorrell in 2016, drawn by their reputation for professionalism and commitment to excellence, locally and nationwide. A proud lifelong learner, Peter holds a CPA, CA, and is currently working towards completing the Family Enterprise Advisory Designation. This dedication extends to mentoring the next generation of financial professionals, a role he values deeply and actively develops within the firm. Additionally, Peter proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Alberta Hospital Foundation, a personal career milsetone that was supported by his journey at Sorrell.
On the daily, Peter focuses on delivering tailored planning options to Sorrell clients, including the exceptional follow-up and collaborative service that Sorrell is known for.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds motivation in mastering the art of making espresso, ensuring his family starts the day with a perfect cup. An avid golfer and passionate sports fan, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, cheering enthusiastically for the Oilers and European soccer teams.
